We ask for guests to take off their shoes by the front door to maintain cleanliness and good hygiene in the property NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property. Guest Access

The entire house is at your disposal. The garage is locked and will not be accessible and we ask that you remain out of the water heater closet, crawl space and upstairs hallway closet. The living room fireplace is locked and inaccessible. Additionally the backyard (beyond the patio) may be inaccessible due to landscaping. The patio/fire pit/furniture/etc are all available for your use. Note: The City of Aurora is currently installing further residential fiber optic internet to the town. City workers might require access to the property line along the back fence. This area is already inaccessible to guests and the workers should be of no disruption to you, otherwise.
